He doesn’t care so much about the exterior of life. He knows that this life, this body, is passing away.

The Word of God gives us instructions for everything we need in this life and the next. When we allow God to have His proper place in our lives, and follow the commands of His Word, we can live a blessed life, close to Him.
Jesus shared with Pilate a very important understanding of spiritual things. Those who truly care about the “truth” will hear Jesus’ voice. Hearing the truth causes a response. That is why Jesus said earlier in John, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
God loves His people so much. He is listening for their prayers. He is a loving, caring Father who wants to be present and active in our lives.
When we reverent the Lord, we place Him in the proper place in our life…at the top. He should always be first!
The Word of God is powerful. It is the very words of God. It is if God himself was sitting down in front of you and speaking.
